At Hollywisp, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return requirements:

  • The device must be gently used or unused, clean, and in resellable condition.
  • All original components must be included.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Missing components or damage may prevent us from processing your return.

How to return:

  1. Email  hello@hollywisp.com
  2. Include a photo of the product, your full name, and order number.
  3. We will provide the return instructions and appropriate address.
  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a reliable postal service with tracking.

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund for the product cost will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you notice any damage, contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the damaged product(s) and your order number.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not allow refunds due to shipping times. By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times which is provided on our site.

Cancellations/Modifications

Our orders are processed in a short amount of time. This means that we normally can’t make any modifications once an order has been placed. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please send us an email within 1 hour of placing your order and we will do our best to help you. Please understand that while we'll make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee the cancellation or modification of orders once they've been processed.

  • Damaged, defective, or lost orders will be replaced at no additional charge.
  • Return requests are typically responded to within 24–72 hours.
  • Only the product cost is refundable; original shipping costs are non-refundable.
